Function Junction Waste Depot — Whistler
This is the go-to dump station for RVers in Whistler — and with the old Nesters Market dump stations long since closed, it’s now the only public option in town. The good news: it’s free, well-maintained, and easy to access off Highway 99.
The station is located at the Function Junction Waste Depot on the south end of Whistler, run by the Resort Municipality of Whistler. As well as the sani-dump, you’ll find both potable and non-potable (rinse) water, plus trash and recycling facilities — so you can take care of everything in one stop. Staff are on site and the place has a genuinely friendly, community feel. Note that the water is turned off during freezing temperatures in winter, so if you’re visiting in the colder months, have a backup plan for fresh water.
To find it: heading north on Highway 99, turn left onto Alpha Lake Road, then take your first right onto Lyham Road. The dump station is on the left side of the parking lot beside the Re-Build-It Centre. Hours are 7am–7pm daily — it’s not open 24/7, so don’t leave it too late in the evening.
Hours: Daily, 7am–7pm
